MEET THE TEAM
The inception of Big Wang's Food Truck became a reality when our executive chef Whitman Kam decided that he wanted to branch out from the traditional Chinese food establishments and create something unique.
He contacted our sous chef, Anthony Nolazco, whom he had met back in Le Cordon Bleu, about the possibility of teaming up to create a one-of-a-kind food establishment on wheels.
After countless hours of brainstorming and planning, the idea of serving regional Chinese street food made the most sense. Days later, Big Wang's Food Truck was born.
